Our Sacral Chakra is our connection to creation itself, its here where we may hold blockages against our own creative expression. From our fears of being a creator, from expressing our creativity into the physical whether it be a child or allowing an idea to take form into the physical.

Its here where we hold fears and limiting beliefs about intimacy, about letting people in, about letting ourselves be seen as we are in each and every moment. Allowing ourselves the opportunity for infinite growth without holding ourselves back.

The Sacral Chakra is also where we hold limiting beliefs and fears about money, about abundance, about creating and having in the physical realm.
