How to Prepare for a Healing Session

  • You want to be clear on why you booked a session, what is your intention with the session?

  • What do you want to work on?

  • What would you like to let go off?

  • What would you like to gain?

  • Where do you feel blocked in life?

  • Where are you struggling?

  • What would you like to change?

  • How do you want to feel?

  • Or simply the intention of wanting to let go of everything that doesn't serve but I recommend to allow yourself to open up and do some introspection prior to the session.

You want to book at a time where you don’t have to rush off to a meeting or really a day where you don’t have much scheduled at all so you have the time afterwards to rest and integrate the healing. Most of my clients wants to spend time alone or in nature straight afterwards so remember to book at a time where you have the space to rest and have some time for yourself afterwards.

Post Session Advice

After a healing session you're more likely to feel more tired than usual as you're integrating the healing. Its just as if you're having a virus or a cold, all the energy is going within to heal and integrate the healing. You may also experience cold symptoms as the physical cells are realeasing everything they're holding within them that doesn't serve.

Be very gentle with yourself and allow yourself as much rest as your body needs, listen to your body and don't push yourself to do anything that you don't want to do. The healing is very deep and so you will continue to heal long after the session is over.

You may also experience what I call emotional purging, emotional bubbles. So after the session you'll have way more energy running throughout your being and you will continue to release everything that doesn't serve you, that doesn't serve your higher self, that doesn't serve your greatest joy and wellbeing. So all the suddenly you may feel sad, you may feel angry, worried or just out of sort someway.

This is happening because your field is still releasing things. So know that its coming up because its leaving you. Allow yourself to feel everything that you're feeling, because you have to feel it to heal it. If you push it away if you try to ignore it, you're holding on to it. So allowance and acceptance is very important. You may want to check out this blog post on How To Let Go for more advice.

3 New Habits

1. Touch trees, lean up against them, ask them to ground you, to clear your field, to release any and all negative feelings or thought forms. Or just ask them to realign you to Source to Love again.

2. Mantra I Love You ..... (insert Your own name), I Love You, I Love You, I Love You. say i to yourself, into your heart.
Repeat this mantra, constantly, continuously at all times, so much that you hear it without saying it. Its the most powerful thing you could ever say to your self and it helps to bring in the frequency of pure Self Love into your being. Allow everything that is not of self love to be released.

3. While meditating or just while having a shower imagine that that the water you're feeling on the top of your crown is penetrating your scull and entering into your brain. I want you to imagine this water as liquid energy in any colour that you prefer.. You can imagine it as golden energy, as pink energy, as white liquid energy or as a rainbow. Whatever feels good to you, trust your intuition, trust your own inner guidance and imagination. I want you to imagine flushing this liquid energy throughout your being, down through the crown, down through your physical body, down your legs and into the ground.

Water has this amazing quality to be able to soften hard rocks and it does the same in energetic form so allow it to go within you and cleanse you from the inside out. If you feel blockages or discomfort anywhere then go with the water there and wash it out with your mind. You just imagine the water flushing you out and that's exactly what you'll do
