The Throat Chakra is our communication centre, its where we hold any programs on how we present ourselves, how we see ourselves. How we allow others to see us. How we communicate ourselves to the world, but its also the centre to how we perceive the rest of the world.

The Throat Chakra also controls our energy levels, how we use our internal fire towards the rest of the world. Its also the centre from where we receive guidance from our spiritual guides, the light beings and angelic beings that always surrounds us. Its also the centre in which we receive dreams and our ability to travel through different realms, as well as our ability to communicate telepathically.
