The Feet Chakras and the Earth Star chakra underneath our feet into the ground are our connection to the vibrant living realm of Gaia, its here where we may have stored fears and limiting beliefs about being stuck here on Earth. Its here we may have liming beliefs and fears about Earth, about our connection to Earth. If we have very little connection to Gaia and to Earth we may feel that we don't belong here. That our home is somewhere else or simply that we don't fit in anywhere. 

In this class we open up our connection to Gaia, to Earth and allow ourselves to take part of the infinite wisdom and Love that reside within and throughout Gaia.
