Subconscious Mind Programming Before Bed

Since the last thought we have before falling asleep might be reiterated in our subconscious mind for up to 4 hours, I like to recite or listen to different mantras and positive affirmations before going to sleep. 
 

Programming my subconscious mind with something positive and desired, rather than letting fears and worries fill my dream time.. 
 

Tonight I'm chanting Lord Ganeshas' 'Om Ganapataye Namaha' 
 

When you're chanting either silently or aloud send the vibration of the sound into the centre of your head into the pineal gland allowing the vibration of the chant to reverberate from there throughout your entire body, essentially filling your body with light..
